Good morning! Canada's 150th birthday has come and gone and the festivities in the Capital region were plentiful! Victorians really know how to show their patriotism and we hope that you were part of something fun and exciting this Canada Day!
Here's one more reminder to help ensure that you come down to the store this Thursday, July 6th between 10am and 2pm for our 8th Annual Local Island Showcase. Dozens of the vendors from Vancouver Island and area that provide our customers with amazingly tasty, innovative and fresh products will be here for you to meet, ask questions and try some of their goodies! Every year gets better and better and we're anticipating this one to be outstanding. Look for the big tent outside the store and don't forget that many of the items from our vendors will be feature priced for this event!
Maybe you overdid it a bit on Canada Day and sunk a few too many barley pops. But you really, really like the taste of beer. Problem solved! Introducing new Budweiser Prohibition Brew Non-Alcoholic Beer. All the taste of Bud without the booze. And since Budweiser was one of the first US brewers to introduce non-alcoholic beer to drinkers during the Prohibition Era, they decided to name this brew after it! Look for it in Aisle 5 of the store.

Pepper's has also added another flavour of Italissima Italian Sodas to the shelf! In addition to the Aranciata Rossi, we now offer the Pomegranate flavour of sparkling soda in a 1L bottle. Just in time for the dog days of summer, too!
