We've got several new and exciting products to tell you about this week and the first one just so happens to be in our weekly ad! Armstrong Natural Cheese 600g is available in Old, Extra Old and Marble. The brand isn't new to the store, though, only the size of the package is. In fact, Armstrong is one of the best selling cheeses found in our Dairy Department. We've written about this award-winning cheese in past newsletters but they've been making this cheese in Armstrong, BC since 1902. And they still make it the same way today as they did back then. And you can have a huge hunk of it for the ridiculous price of just $7.96 each this week!
Another popular dairy item that we've stocked for quite awhile is Savor Grass Fed Salted Butter. It's made from Eastern Ontario Holstein cow's milk and the company follows the standards and guidelines for grass-fed dairy from the Dairy Farmers of Ontario and the Canadian Code of Practice for the care and handling of dairy cattle. This butter quickly caught on as a customer fave so we brought in Savor Grass Fed Unsalted Butter! Same great qualities but without the salt!

Another new sweet syrup that we now offer is Canadian Heritage Organic Very Dark Maple Syrup 1L. This certified organic, Grade A and pure maple syrup comes from the mineralized soil of the Appalaches region of Quebec, the perfect region for harvesting maple syrup. There are several grades of maple syrup which refer to the colour and flavour. The lighter the syrup, the milder the flavour and the earlier it has been harvested. This very dark syrup has a strong, rich and very pronounced taste and is well suited for cooking, baking and in sauces.
